We have put together a small but dedicated team to make your stay at Links House special from beginning to end.
Beverley Navarro, General Manager
A keen golfer with a formidable resumé in customer-oriented businesses, including five years as Customer Experience Manager at British Airways, Beverley was the ideal candidate to head-up the Links House team. As
General Manager, Beverley has worked alongside owners Todd and Liz Warnock from the beginning of the project, assisting with the renovation and development of Links House and also hand-picking the team to work alongside her.
On a day-to-day basis Beverley is there to provide guests with a warm welcome and to make sure they have all they require for a comfortable stay. A keen golfer herself, Beverly is the main point of contact for all golf enquiries and can recommend courses to play, book tee times and answer any other questions guests may have. She can also arrange a host of non-golfing activities for guests, from distillery visits to cashmere and tweed shopping trips.
Jon-Paul Saint, Head Chef
Jon-Paul, who grew up in the Highlands, is amongst the most exciting new culinary talents in Scotland having trained under three of the most influential chefs in the United Kingdon; the renowned Albert Roux, Masterchef winner Derek Johnstone and The Belfry's Glen Watson. Previously Jon-Paul served as Head Chef at renowned Inver Lodge Hotel in Lochinver, as well as Greywalls Hotel in Gullane and The Chateau Montreuil a Relais & Chateau hotel in Monsteuil-sur-Mer, France.
Jon-Paul is in charge of the Links House kitchen and can cater menus to suit any dietary requirements. Jon-Paul's breakfast menu ranges from a ‘full Scottish’ to fine local smoked salmon with organic eggs. The evening menu truly shows off his talent, however. With a strict focus on seasonality and local ingredients, such as locally-caught shellfish to fine Scottish beef and wild game, his set menu dinners are imaginative and delicious, showing off a range of classic and modern culinary techniques and flavour combinations
Melissa Anderson, Assistant Manager
Melissa joined the team in 2015 as Assistant Manager with key responsibility for the delivery of our Food and Beverage and Front of house service. Melissa is happy to recommend the best wine to pair with your meal or arange your private dinner in our restaurant. Born and bred in the Highlands, Melissa has woked in many local establishments as well as overseas in Australia. She recently undertook a stage in Brian Maule's Chardon D'or restaurant in Glasgow. A keen golfer, Melissa was a Junior at Royal Dornoch Golf Club, she knows the area well and can talk knowledgeably about other good local courses to play.
No matter how small your request may be Melissa and the team will be on hand to ensure we meet and endeavour to exceed your expectations and deliver an experience you will return for time and time again.
