Links House at Royal Dornoch has evolved over the years to be beyond its three houses and grounds. In addition to the finest accommodation in the Northern Highlands, we have set out to make Links House a culinary destination with sustainable direction.
Continued development in high-end outside catering, wedding functions, exclusive use and key brand partnerships is now opening up a number of vacancies within the F&B department.
Our further investment in people and the environment is continued into 2022 & 2023 with the development of The Seaview Farm Project. During 2022, a previously unused space will be sensitively and carefully nurtured into a thriving organic farm. Enhancing our direction for sustainability and ‘Farm to Fork’ traceability. Our goal within the coming years is to exclusively supply our outlets with locally grown, ethically and organically farmed produce, from our own supply. Furthermore, a sourcing radius of 20 miles for seafood, game, meat and other wares.
Alongside our culinary positions, we are always keen to engage with local talent who wish to pursue a career in other sectors of hospitality. Our award winning Housekeeping Department and Guest Relations Team, who set the tone for our welcoming, comfortable luxury, welcome applicants for seasonal positions.
