What we want from you
We are looking for a dedicated, helpful and enthusiastic Guest Relations Assistant to join our Front Office team in Links House. Working closely alongside our other teams, the successful candidate will be at the heartbeat of our whole hotel. From taking reservations to welcoming and rooming guests, our Guest Relations Team is always on standby to answer questions and set the tone for a stay at Links House.
The appropriate candidate will have commensurate experience within a 5 Star Hotel or similar country house. Previous experience with hotel booking systems and an administration background would be an advantage, however, full training will be given.
