Meet the team who are responsible for delivering impeccable service at one of the most luxurious Scottish Highlands Hotels.
Phil Scott, Operations and Restaurant Manager
Phil Scott joins the Links House team in February 2019. Phil was born and raised in Aberdeen and is delighted to be returning to his homeland after overseas work experience in South China, Mongolia and Singapore. He has 20 years of experience in the high-end of hospitality, specifically in the wine, beverage and food sector. His experience will be invaluable in strengthening all aspects of the Links House Food and Beverage operation and he will work closely with Head Chef Javi, to take the Links House restaurant to the next level of excellence. In his younger days, Phil played rugby and this led him to try Australian Rules Football (AFL), resulting in him being selected for Scotland’s national AFL Team! Nowadays Phil is happier on two wheels or on the golf course.
