Our sincere hope is Links House will afford you the opportunity to look deeper into the Highlands. Yes there is amazingly charming, strategic golf here but there is also stunning history, country sports, restaurants, people, coastlines and much more. If you love sporting life try your hand at salmon or trout fishing, bird shooting or even spend a day stalking red deer.

For here you can feel history in your bones, smell the Ages in the cool, seaside air and taste Spring in the scent of gorse bloom. Links House is dedicated to being “IN The Moment” for more than just a moment; lingering here, walking here and for a while living here. It is about creating space for reflection; a space in time, in mind and in heart.
The fifteen bedrooms at Links House are named after important salmon rivers of the Highlands: In our Main House, built in 1843, you will find our bespoke historic rooms. Just across our putting green, The Mews hosts the suites each complete with full bath and walk-in shower, as well as comfortable sitting area. Our new Glenshiel building comprises five luxury suites and a penthouse apartment.

OUR HISTORY
Links House is a Scottish manor home in the great country house tradition. The original building was constructed as the manse to the Dornoch Free Church in 1843 at the direction of the Reverend George Rainy Kennedy.
