Courtroom Wine Exploration

We recently caught up with Carol, Manager of The Courtroom, to explore some of the fabulous wines they have stocked ready for our opening when the time is right! The Courtroom will have a huge focus on good quality Food, Wine and Music and we can’t wait for you to experience it!

Frizzenti, Our house fizz made with Glera grapes. This is going to be available on TAP!

Glera has been known for hundreds of years in northern Italy to make the best prosecco Italy has to offer. This lightly sparkling wine has notes of white peaches with a fresh and intense initial taste and soft finish making this a wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with your dinner.

 Here at the Courtroom, we have selected this as it’s a perfect base for our cocktails too!

 

The Frizzenti makes a delicious pairing with foods like Smoked-Salmon Crostinis or a Key Lime Pie.

 

 

Bodega Garzon Pinot Noir Rose

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this elegant, yet fun, rose ticks all the boxes for us. Showcasing strawberries and raspberries on the nose and a crisp cherry palate. Driven home with mineral and fresh acidity notes. This is what we’d call the garden wine, best enjoyed with your favourite sunglasses and best friends.

 

Pairs perfectly with a Goats Cheese of Fresh Fruit Salad

 

La Transicion Garnacha, Soto Manrique

With its bright cherry colour, is our spring red wine. Really showing off what a Grenache can do. With flavours of red fruits, aromatic plants and herbaceous floral notes throughout. This wine is best enjoyed when the sun is setting and the fire is starting.

 

A wine like this has to be paired with a cold meat platter or a Mushroom Stroganoff!
