Junior Links House chef wins Runner-up in Young Highland Chef of the Year

Links House Junior Chef Joni Matos was selected as Runner-up in the prestigious Roux Consultancy’s Young Highland Chef of the Year competition in conjunction with the University of Highlands & Islands.

The competition was held at Burghfield House, Dornoch and was judged by celebrity chefs including Albert Roux OBE, KFO, Glen Watson, Derek Johnstone and Tony Singh MBE.
