Links House Chefs head to the USA

Head Chef and two young Links House chefs, George and Joni, have departed for a two week attachment to ALINEA Restaurant in Chicago, owned and operated by the renowned chef Grant Achatz, who is amongst the most recognised and innovative chefs in the world. 

He has agreed to host the head chef and his young chefs and he will be sharing his knowledge and techniques with the Links House team.

The two-week visit will involve the head chef and his team working alongside the Alinea chefs through lunch and dinner service as well as spending significant time involved in the planning of new dishes. We are very much looking forward to the team returning with innovative ideas and stories of Chicago.
