Dinner at Mara

Our culinary team share a thoughtful and simple food philosophy of presenting minimal ingredients in their dishes and letting the quality of produce speak for itself.

From Thursday to Monday, guests can choose between our three-course Table d'Hôte menu and our Seasonal Tasting Menu. Both menus showcase the finest ingredients from Scotland's waters, fields and forests through seasonal cooking.

On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, we present our Market Menu. A relaxed sharing experience centred around exceptional seasonal produce. Whether it's a whole lobster, market fish, a prime beef joint or a seasonal vegetable centrepiece, each dish is designed for two to enjoy together and is served with accompanying sides that complement the ingredients of the day.
