A Local partnership supper club

Join us for a special evening in the Anteroom at Links House, where our Head Chef, Theo, collaborates with guest chef Simon Rodgers of UHI Dornoch. Together they’ve created a seasonal menu that celebrates local ingredients. Theo’s refined approach meets Simon’s academic and practical expertise, resulting in a menu that reflects both innovation and a passion for the Highlands’ natural larder. It’s a chance to experience two different perspectives in the kitchen, coming together for one unique night!

  • Dates: Saturday, 25th of April 2026

  • Seats: Limited to 12 guests per evening

  • Cost: £80 per guest

  • Optional Drinks Flight: £50 per guest, payable on the night
