Spring Update from Phil Scott

As we look forward to welcoming our first guests of 2022 this week, we can’t help but think of Spring as a wonderful time to enjoy all that the Highlands has to offer. The summer months are promising to be busy ones, with guests descending on Dornoch from across the globe, so if you’re thinking about enjoying your own Highlands adventure, we’re recommending booking up sooner rather than later.

Whether you’re in the mood to explore the glorious Highlands, tee off on world class courses, tour the many great houses we’re lucky to count as neighbours, or you’d rather set off on an adventure around the NC500 there’s never been a better time to treat yourself. For stays in March and April, we’re offering an incredible 3 nights for the price of 2 offer complete with bottle of Joseph Perrier Champagne on arrival, so you can enjoy the ultimate Links House experience.

As the fields and forests and skies burst back into life, we’ve been busy ourselves, re-imagining the menus at both MARA and The Courtroom. As always, we’re celebrating the incredible produce we use, much of which is hyper local, so if you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion, or perhaps you’re just in the mood to savour what’s in season, now is the time to do so.

For guests who might be situated closer to home, we’re proud to once again be offering our Local Produce for Local Patrons offer. Let us know that you live within a 50-mile radius of MARA, and we’ll happily reduce the cost of our new Tasting Menu to £65pp from March 2nd to April 24th.
