Escape to Dornoch this Autumn

Over the past few weeks, we’ve noticed a real shift into Autumn here in the Highlands. The fires have been crackling in their hearths, and we’ve been finding more and more reasons to hunker down in the Anteroom and library to enjoy cosy evenings in.

To celebrate, we’re thrilled to bring to you our Seasonal Escape – the perfect opportunity to enjoy the best of this time of year and savour some authentic Highlands hospitality. Settle into one of our stunning guestrooms in our Manse or Mews House and make the most of your time here in Dornoch. Each of our Seasonal Escape Stays includes a £100 dining credit in MARA, so you’ll be able to savour our seasonal menus which are filled with the very best of Scotland’s larder.

Looking to make your break something even more special? Make sure to book one of our spectacular Glenshiel Suites – not only will you get to enjoy a delicious breakfast and dinner on us, but we’ll even make sure there’s a bottle of our favourite Joseph Perrier champagne for you to enjoy. In the mood to enjoy a slightly longer getaway, we’ll make sure there’s even more reason to do so. For those staying for two nights during our Seasonal Escape, we can offer £50 in credit at our sister property, Dornoch’s Carnegie Whisky Cellars. Home to a thoughtful curation of over 250 whiskies, 40 gins and fine liqueurs, whether you’re looking for a tasting, or perhaps pick up a new whisky – there’s nowhere we’d rather spend a blustery afternoon!

Of course, as the autumn days grow cooler, it’s a fantastic excuse to treat yourself to some wonderful Scottish cashmere. Guests staying for three nights will be treated to an additional £50 credit at Campbell’s of Beauly. Whether you opt for some new sweaters, a tweed blazer or some of their wonderful cashmere socks, you’ll be all set for the coming winter. Of course, like all good things tend to be, these vouchers are ephemeral in nature, and must be enjoyed during your stay.

We can’t wait for you to join us.
