This Valentine’s Weekend, MARA invites you to slow the pace and settle in for an elegant three-course dinner, created to be shared and remembered. Over three evenings, Chef presents a Valentine’s Set Menu that balances comfort, seasonality, and quiet indulgence, beginning with a glass of Crémant de Bourgogne and unfolding course by course.
The Experience
Your evening begins with Chef’s snacks and a chilled glass of Crémant de Bourgogne, setting the tone for a relaxed and romantic night ahead.
For your starter, choose between:
Portmahomack Crab Bisque with fennel, dill, and chilli, or
Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté with bay leaf, black pepper, and hazelnut
At the heart of the menu sits Chef’s signature:
Beef Wellington, served with fondant potato, kale, and jus, or
Beetroot Wellington, offering a beautifully balanced vegetarian alternative
To finish, a classic and celebratory finale:
Vanilla Soufflé with rose ice cream
A thoughtful, seasonal menu, designed to be enjoyed together.

Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance, allowing the kitchen time to prepare each element with care
