Celebrate the flavours of the Highlands with a deeply seasonal Anteroom Experience focused on wild game and bold wines. Eric from Seafield Game, renowned for his passion and supply of venison, game birds, and rare cuts, joins us to share his expertise.
Max Gillespie, one of Scotland’s most engaging sommeliers, brings a vibrant Châteauneuf-du-Pape selection to the table. Together, Max and Eric will guide guests through inspired pairings and stories of provenance and tradition.
The Supper Club on night one invites locals to enjoy a preview dinner, while the hosted private dinner on night two creates a rich and flavourful journey through Highland game and southern Rhône wines.
