A fresh twist on our wine experiences: for one night, Chef Theo takes on front of house duties while Fraser returns to his roots in the kitchen. Once an Executive Chef—and on one occasion cooking for King Charles (then Prince of Wales)—Fraser will lead the kitchen, while Theo, whose training included time on the floor, brings flair and elegance to the dining room.

Adding to the surprise, our Guest Relations Duty Manager, Kyle Brown, will step in as guest sommelier for the evening. Kyle’s knowledge and charisma make him a natural host, bringing personality and warmth to the wine pairings. Expect a memorable night of role reversals, Highland flavours, and characterful storytelling.
