Working closely with Rory Stone from Highland Fine Cheeses and Carnegie Whisky Cellars, we have curated a unique pairing of highland whisky & cheese.  Finished with a garnish from the kitchen team, we have married many of Rory’s delights with our preferred Highland distilleries.
