An intimate Champagne-led experience hosted by the family behind one of France’s most respected houses. Guests will be welcomed with a bottle of chilled Joseph Perrier Champagne in their room and enjoy a gentle first evening with a seasonal Table d’Hôte dinner in MARA.

The following night, Jean-Claude and Marie-Caroline Fourmon will host a private dinner in The Anteroom, presenting a curated Champagne-paired tasting menu and sharing personal stories of heritage, craftsmanship, and the family philosophy behind their iconic cuvées. The setting is refined and celebratory, with rare access to the winemakers in an unforgettable Highland setting.

Each evening is completed by handmade chocolates at turndown and Highland breakfasts each morning. The Anteroom Experience with Joseph Perrier is an elevated celebration of elegance, intimacy, and world-class wine making.
