This September, we celebrate the rich character of Scotland’s artisan dairy with a tasting menu inspired by the award-winning creations of Rory Stone. Highland Fine Cheeses are famed for their distinctive flavour and craftsmanship, and Chef Theo has designed a five-course menu that draws directly from Rory’s best-loved cheeses.
Guided by Theo, Rory, and Fraser—the Master of the House—expect an evening of flavour, storytelling, and Highland mischief. Pair your meal with a thoughtfully curated drinks flight to elevate the experience.
