This November, The Anteroom Supper Club celebrates the flavours of the Highlands with an evening devoted to wild game. In partnership with Eric Nimmons of Seafield Game, the menu explores the versatility of venison, game birds, and seasonal cuts, crafted into a five-course tasting menu by Chef Theo.
Guided by Theo, Fraser, and Eric, guests will enjoy a culinary journey that celebrates provenance, sustainability, and the seasonal rhythm of Highland life. Pair your menu with an optional drinks flight for the perfect balance of flavour and character.
